College Place Uptown
Several Illinois State units use leased space on the second floor of College Place Uptown. The approximately 31,000-square-foot space is owned and operated by JSM management.
The University began leasing the space at College Place Uptown in October 2010, primarily to provide additional square footage of office space.

Facilities Planning and Construction, located in College Place Uptown, provides service, support, buildings, space, solutions, technical expertise, and infrastructure for people and equipment through new construction and renovation.

The Grants Accounting Office, located in College Place Uptown, processes the financial transactions of grants and contracts that have been awarded through Research and Sponsored Programs.
