Rambo House is currently unoccupied.
Rambo House was named after Jesse Rambo, the head of the Home Economics (now Family and Consumer Sciences) Department from 1922-1936. It opened in 1939 and is a red brick building with Georgian architecture. In the past, Home Economics students actually lived in Rambo House, which was called the "Home Management House."
Extensive remodeling was done in the 1960's; updated kitchens were added to teach student's time-management tricks. In 1972, Rambo House became home to the offices of Alumni Services and Development.
Rambo House is located by DeGarmo Hall and Fell Hall on S. University St.
