The Illinois State Planetarium seats approximately 110 visitors. The planetarium offers great shows at very low prices.
More than 250,000 visitors have enjoyed the planetarium since it opened in 1964. The planetarium has a yearly audience of around 15,000 visitors.
The Planetarium is located at the corner of College Ave. and School St. in the white-domed structure on the east end of Felmley Hall of Science.
