The Old Union Building is home for of the School of Information Technology. Also included in Old Union are Institutional Web Support Services (IWSS), Eastside Rapid Print, and WGLT Radio.
The Old Union Building opened in 1956 and was, as the name now implies, the original student union on campus. It was also called the Educational Media Building and Media Services for a time after it was no longer the student union. President Strand named this building "Old Union" during his tenure as President in the 1990s.
The Old Union Building is next to Hovey Hall and Williams Hall by S. School St., on the east end of the quad.
