In August 2012, Illinois State University will welcome the first residents to the new Cardinal Court. These on-campus student apartments are located on Gregory Street, where the previous Cardinal Court stood from 1957 to 2010. Cardinal Court will house primarily sophomore students, providing a unique opportunity to experience apartment-style living combined with the benefits of living in university housing.
